Curating, co-ordinating and managing all art and theatre performances at the Body&Soul festival and Electric Picnic events. Successfully curated, negotiated fees, scheduled, budgeted, marketed and technically co-ordinated all performances in both a tent and open air environment.

Managing the department’s health & safety, risk assessment and insurance requirements.

Ensuring the highest level of communication with the Artist Director, Operations Manager, Artist Liaison, Marketing, Site and Production Managers and performers during the selection. Ensuring delivery of each performance, managing over three hundred performers and one hundred shows, including site production staff over a festival weekend.

Programming all disciplines of performance art for an open air environment, including theatre, music, street performance and spoken word, which are selected from an 'Open Call' process or sourced myself.

Tent – “Bulmers Lounge” showcases the best of Ireland’s up and coming theatre, spoken word & live music performances.

Assisted the event company Triple Horn Productions in managing all onsite budgets, online performer payments and onsite petty cash management, during the festival.
Máire has curated both the Bulmers Lounge and pop up performers programme at the Body&Soul Festival for the past three years. She is fantastic at researching both established and up and coming talent, managing budgets, delivering a comprehensive and exciting programme on time and managing her own team with grace and ease, whilst holding a very professional relationship with the festival director.
I have no hesitation in recommending her to any organisation or event. She is hard working, calm, insightful and incredibly capable.
